Getting a bubble-free, factory-like finish is easy — just follow these steps:
- Clean your device. Wipe the surface with a microfiber cloth to remove dust, oil, or fingerprints before applying.
- Peel and align. Slowly peel the skin from its backing and line it up with your device's edges and camera cutouts before pressing down.
- Apply from center outward. Starting from the middle, smooth the skin toward the edges using light pressure to push out air bubbles.
- Wrap the edges. Gently fold the skin around the side edges and corners for a clean, seamless finish.
- Smooth and finish. Use a card or squeegee (or your fingers) for a final pass, pressing down all edges firmly to lock in adhesion.
Tip: Take your time on the first application — the adhesive allows for slight repositioning within the first few minutes.

Amazing! Fast shipping, too! This is extremely easy to install and very forgiving. I have very shaky hands, and it took me 6 screen protectors to get it right (yes, seriously). This skin was 5 min, tops. And was on first try! The carbon looks so good, i even have a few of my buddies purchasing kindles, just to rock the carbon skin too. Totally worth it.
The quality is top notch - feels so close to actual carbon fiber. Installation instructions were clear and the back installation went flawlessly. The front and the corners were a bit more iffy, but I think it might be more user error rather than anything wrong with the skin. If you are more patient with installation and got nimbler fingers, then it might be completely worth it. \n\nAlso of note, shipping was extremely quick.
